Sound Design Recipe:

Osc 1: Saw
Osc 2: Saw +12 Semitones
Osc Mix: Little less of Osc 2

Filter: 2-Pole
Key Tracking: Off
Resonance: 0
Cutoff: ~40%
Env Amount: ~+15%

Filter ADSR
Attack: 0
Decay: ~65%
Sustain: 0
Release: ~50%

Amp ADSR
Attack: 0
Decay: ~65%
Sustain: 0
Release: ~40%

Effects:
Very Short Delay BBD at ~5% mix
Short Room Reverb at ~8% mix

Notes:
Add Vintage Voice Modeling (VCM) for slight variance to osc frequencies, and ADR timings on a per-voice basis.
